Applications for housing for Fall 2026 are now being accepted.

LRCC offers housing in the Apple Ridge Student Apartments located just one mile from campus. Going to college is an academic experience, but it’s also an opportunity to expand your social network, and LRCC’s apartment-style housing is a great place to start!

Experience the affordability of our one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. These aren’t your average dorms!

Applying for Student Housing

1. Fill out a Student Housing Application, by selecting the MCR Housing tile in your CCSNH portal. 
2. Submit a $200 deposit online and notify [email protected] that you made your deposit.
   
   1. You can make your deposit with the following path
      
      1. SIS → Student → Student Account → View or Make Payment → Make a $200 Payment in the term you are looking to move in.
3. Register for at least 12 credits. 

*All applicants must use their single sign-on credentials to access the application in the MCR housing portal. Prospective students must wait to be admitted before accessing the application. Housing is available to registered full-time LRCC students enrolled for a minimum of 12 credit hours.

You application will not be considered for approval until all of the three steps above are completed.

Living on Campus offers you:

• Supportive relationships: Social and academic support fuse in student housing, as you’ll have access to study partners, informal peer tutors, and planned social events.
• Amenities: Each apartment is fully furnished with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and even your own balcony. All utilities are included and there is laundry service on site.
• Diversity: Our housing hosts a dynamic segment of the campus population. You’ll live with different people and build relationships with students of various cultures, ethnic traditions, and gender identities.
• Convenience: Living in student housing enables you to focus on what’s really important: your future.

LRCC Student Housing Rates

The student housing rates listed below are the semesterly rates for student housing. An activity fee of $75 and a cleaning fee of $50 will also be applied each semester, in addition to the rates listed below.
