Mission Statement

Our Campus Safety Department is committed to supporting the educational mission of Lakes Region Community College by creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our campus community. The preservation of life, protection of property and prevention of crime will be our first priorities.

Reporting Crimes and Emergencies

Safety needs to be the concern of every person on our college campus. Call (603) 545-4392 to reach the officer on duty.

  • If you see anything that is suspicious or potentially dangerous, please report it immediately by calling (603) 545-4392.
  • If you witness or are the victim of a crime (illegal activity) please call 911 or local authorities.
    • After contacting local authorities, be sure to contact Campus Safety or the appropriate College personnel.

An Incident Report can be submitted electronically.

We expect members of the college community to assume responsibility for their own personal safety and the security of their personal belongings by taking simple steps. For example, although our campus and student apartments are well lit, students, faculty or staff are encouraged to walk in groups. Further information on safety and security is provided to students and employees through posters, brochures and electronic communications.

Students are responsible for reading and following all LRCC policies as outlined in the Student Handbook.
