Mission Statement
Our Campus Safety Department is committed to supporting the educational mission of Lakes Region Community College by creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our campus community. The preservation of life, protection of property and prevention of crime will be our first priorities.
Reporting Crimes and Emergencies
We strongly encourage the reporting of crimes and emergencies.
To contact Campus Safety:
- Call (603) 545-4392 to reach the Officer on duty.
- For non-emergencies contact (603) 366-5280.
- Report any suspicious individuals or activity immediately.
- We encourage reporting directly to local authorities in situations where the need is evident.
- After contacting local authorities, ensure to next contact Campus Safety or the appropriate College personnel.
We expect members of the college community to assume responsibility for their own personal safety and the security of their personal belongings by taking simple steps. For example, although our campus and student apartments are well lit, students, faculty or staff are encouraged to walk in groups. Further information on safety and security is provided to students and employees through posters, brochures and electronic communications.
Students are responsible for reading and following all LRCC policies as outlined in the Student Handbook.
