Transfer Pathways

Transfer pathways provide students with guidance on which courses to take at Lakes Region Community College to ensure the shortest path to a bachelor’s degree.  LRCC students have many transfer options available to them at public and private schools, and each program, like the school, is unique.

Colby Sawyer College

Granite State College has a very generous course transfer policy, and accepts associate degrees into all of its bachelor’s degree programs.

New England College

Plymouth State University

The College of Liberal Arts at the University of New Hampshire  offers transfer pathways for NH community college students through the NH Humanities Collaborative. To learn more about how a Liberal Arts degree from LRCC would transfer to UNH, review their discovery sheet (PDF).

Lakes Region Community College also maintains numerous two-plus-two transfer agreements with other four-year institutions.

NH Dual Admission Program and NH Transfer

The Dual Admission Program (www.dualNH.com) offers resources and support for New Hampshire students to map the most seamless, efficient and cost-effective pathway to degree completion at one of the University System of new Hampshire’s schools, including:

  • Granite State College
  • Keene State College
  • Plymouth State University
  • University of NH – Durham
  • University of NH – Manchester

Students who apply via the NH Transfer  program (www.nhtransfer.org) will not need to pay an application fee or submit an essay, and do not need to request high school or LRCC transcripts.

To begin the process, complete the shortened application at https://usnh.tfaforms.net/217771, and bring it to your student support counselor, who will work with the LRCC Registrar to send your high school and LRCC transcripts to the school to which you are applying.

NH RN to BSN Programs

There are several completion programs designed to assist LRCC nursing graduates complete their BSN degree. They include:
