Start your medical career as a Medical Assistant
Medical Assistant class begins October 11th.
If you love helping others, consider this exciting career working with medical professionals in a doctor’s office, clinic, or hospital. The Medical Assistant program is a thirteen-week (366 hour) program that prepares you to play an essential role in the day-to-day functions of healthcare offices of all types and sizes. You’ll learn the necessary skills to provide direct patient care and the administrative office skills needed to keep things running smoothly. Medical assistants typically work in medical offices, urgent care clinics, and medical specialty offices.
Students will complete 11 weeks (286) of in-class, online, and lab instruction. Students will gain hands-on, real-world experience during their two-week (80 hours) externship, which is included as part of this training program.
INDUSTRY MA CERTIFICATION
Once you complete the program, you’ll be given the opportunity to confidently take the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant exam. The exam fee is included in the program cost.
PROGRAM COSTS
The cost of the Medical Assistant program is $4,985.
The cost includes tuition and fees, textbooks, multiple online modules, lab kit, drug test, CCMA exam, and prep. Uniforms and vaccination costs are the responsibility of the student.
