Updated August 31, 2021

Starting September 1, 2021, masks will be required while inside a campus building. All other guidance in the Green operational guidance remains in effect. This means everyone on campus will be required to wear a mask inside unless actively eating in the cafeteria. Masks must be worn at all other times while in a campus building. Masks are available to anyone who needs them. Masks must be worn in a way that covers both your nose and mouth.

LRCC is currently in green operational status.  Please review our updated alert guidance, as well as the 2021-22 Operating Plan for detailed information on our pandemic response.

Over the past 18 months, our #LRCCFamily has been challenged in ways that required flexibility, and brought about innovation in all to develop new ways to operate and continue delivering a high-quality education to our students. The LRCC Leadership Team is proud of the way faculty, staff, and students have responded to these challenges.

We are enthusiastic and optimistic about the 2021-22 Academic Year!  However, we know we must continue to be vigilant.  A key differentiating factor between the opening of this academic year and last year’s is the widespread availability of vaccines.  We encourage every member of our community, who can, to get vaccinated.  As conditions locally and regionally change, we continue to monitor and adapt our operations.  Please check this webpage and your CCSNH email regularly for updates to college protocols and operations.  Our current protocols include: social distancing, optional face coverings (except in cases where social distancing isn’t possible), self-screening, increased cleaning of high-touch areas and frequent and adequate hygiene.  The use of these protocols will change as conditions warrant it.  We ask and expect everyone’s collaboration as we work together to ensure our community’s safety and work to provide the high-quality education LRCC is known for.
