Knife Skills 101

Join Chef William Walsh in LRCC’s new on-campus kitchen and improve your culinary abilities with this introductory session of Knife Skills 101.  

Learn proper vegetable cutting techniques and practice various knife cuts in this hands-on demonstration.  A discussion of safe knife handling and maintenance is also included.

This workshop will include all ingredients and equipment but please
feel free to bring your own knife(s) from home!

Each class is limited to 12 participants. Register Today!
