If a full semester class doesn't fit your schedule, LRCC has accelerated terms that might be perfect. Take a 3-credit class and transfer it back to your home campus or a 7-week class beginning in March, train to be an LNA or a Medical Assistant, or learn printmaking!
Chef's Table 1-Night Cooking Classes- Jan. 17 and Jan. 24
These single-night cooking classes cover two of the essential skills any home chef should possess. Chef Patrick Hall & Chef William Walsh will guide you through a combination of discussion, demonstration & hands-on preparation of the select menus shown below.
Couples & individuals welcome! All ingredients & equipment provided! Enjoy dinner and sharpen your culinary skills at LRCC!
Class cost: $65 for individuals; $95 for couples for each night
Soups, Stews & Chowders
Friday, January 17, 2020, 5:00 – 8:30 pm
Learn techniques for preparing different soups, stews & chowders. Menu: Pasta Fagioli, Kielbasa Cheddar Soup, Corn Chowder, Clam Chowders and Beef Burgundy.
Friday, January 24, 2020, 5:00 – 8:30 pm
Learn classic sauté techniques using a variety of ingredients. Menu: Chicken Marsala, Mediterranean Shrimp and Rice Pilaf.

CNC Operator Bootcamp

Building Operator Certification BOC I class meets on 8 Fridays, Feb. 21 - May 15, 2020. Reduce commercial building energy costs with the nationally recognized BOC I training program. A 50% tuition award is available to eligible NH facility professionals.
