Patricia Wild:
Patricia Wild holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (B.F.A.) from Washington University in St. Louis, where she majored in painting and drawing, and minored in printmaking. She also holds a Masters(M.A.) and Doctoral (Ed.D.) degree in art education from the University of Cincinnati, where she did her research on artistic thinking and cognition. Dr. Wild is also a facilitator of Expressive Arts, receiving intensive traianing in the field from Salve Regina University.
Dr. Wild has taught art form pre-school through graduate school, in both public and private schools and settings, as well as art museums. She continues to produce and exhibit her own artwork, is a published author, and designs and facilitates expressive arts workshops through her business, Spiral Arts.
Dr. Wild is Chair of the Education Department, and teaches Foundations of Education, Teaching and Learning, and Integrated arts in the Teacher Preparation program, and Introduction to Art Education and various studio classes in the Fine arts program.
Maureen Baldwin-Lamper:
Maureen Baldwin-Lamper is Director of the Lakes Region CC 's Teaching and Learning Center. She holds a Master's degree in reading, and has taught both elementary and middle school. In addtion, Ms. Baldwin-Lamper was formerly Director of Special Education in Gilford, and was a special education teacher at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. She has also experience as an elementary shcool principal and reading specialist.
Ms. Baldwin-Lamper teaches Introduction ot Exceptionalities, Special Education Behavior Methods and Teaching Strategies, and Educational Psychology in the Teacher Preparation Program.
Adjunct Instructors:
The Teacher Preparation program is also staffed by many fine adjunct faculty, all of whom are outstanding professionals in their fields. They bing a wealth of experience as teachers, principals, superintendents, and behavior and content specialists.
