Performance Indicators
Download a print-friendly version of the College Performance Indicators
College Performance Indicators provide consistent information on issues related to the mission of LRCC. Most of the indicators measure the College's success in enhancing access to higher education and ensuring that students achieve their academic and professional goals. By tracking these indicators and demonstrating their trends, the College will be better able to focus its attention on critical goals, to make good decisions in a timely manner, and to use its resources wisely.
While the fundamental reason for identifying performance indicators is to improve performance over time, it must be recognized that such progress may occasionally be impeded by factors beyond our control. It must also be recognized that these indicators do not constitute a "scorecard" or a judgment about any particular program or service. Their usefulness lies in their ability to stimulate questions and promote new approaches, which are both crucial to the pursuit of higher levels of performance.
