Registrar's Office - How to Log On to the Student Information System

Setting up Your New Student Account on the Student Information System

Students and faculty logging into the SIS/Faculty web will now see their LRCC ID displayed prominently on the Menu Main page.

  • If your LRCC ID is still your Social Security Number, only the last four digits will display.
  • If your LRCC ID has been converted to a non-SSN ID, the entire ID will display.

The non-SSN College ID begins with '@' and is followed by eight digits. The '@' is part of the ID number. Students and faculty may log into SIS using either Social Security Number or Lakes Region Community College ID. Your SIS/Faculty web password is not affected by any change in your Lakes Region Community College ID.

* If you have not used the SIS before, your initial PIN is either your 6-digit date of birth (mmddyy) or the last 6 digits of your user ID.

  • Create your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
    • Enter your six digit date of birth (MMDDYY) or the last six digits of your User ID as the PIN. You will be prompted to reset/create a new PIN for future access.
    • Use your DOB or last six digits of your User ID as your old PIN, enter a new PIN (must be six numbers; do not use letters or characters), reenter your new PIN.
    • Create Security Question - Create a question to reset your PIN in the event you forget it. Use a question with an answer that is private and will not change in the future, such as your mother's maiden name.
