Commencement 2008 Checklist

  • All financial obligations must be satisfied with our business office in order to participate in graduation and receive your diploma.
  • Student loan borrowers must complete Exit Interviews as soon as possible to avoid delays.
  • Please provide an "Official Transcript" for courses you may have taken at other institutions by April 20th to be evaluated for credit. Time is running short and all credits must be transferred for you to participate in graduation.
  • WARNING: You will be removed from the Graduation List if you received an audit result letter indicating you have outstanding credits and you do not provide the necessary documentation or contact the registrar's office prior to May 1st.
  • If you are planning to take summer courses, up to six credits, to meet your degree requirements, you may still participate in graduation. However, YOU MUST:
    1. Update your intent to graduate form with the registrar's office IMMEDIATELY, if you have not done so already.
    2. Provide proof of registration if you are taking the course(s) off-campus by May 1st. At the end of the course, you will need to request an official transcript to be sent to the Registrar and you must earn a grade of "C" or better for the credits to transfer.
  • Please pick up your cap and gown from the book store before commencement.
  • Please check Book Store hours.
  • Rehearsal practice is mandatory. If you are not able to attend practice or commencement, please contact the registrar's office as soon as possible. Your absence directly affects the processional line-up on graduation day.

Please contact the Registrar's Office at 603-524-3207 Ext 721 or 719 with any questions!

IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO COMPLETE YOUR DEGREE REQUIREMENTS, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE REGISTRAR'S OFFICE AND WITHDRAW YOUR INTENT TO GRADUATE TO AVOID THE $75.00 GRADUATION FEE.
