Granit State Dairy Partners with LRCC Business Management Class

Hall, and NH Commissioner of Agriculture, Lorraine Merrill (Stratham-not pictured), have once more agreed to work with LRCC Business Management Professor, Max Brown (Loudon-not pictured), for four sessions of his Wednesday evening class.

Behind Hall and Clewley is a mind map developed by the class to assist students in thinking creatively about marketing NH’s dairy industry. Students will create marketing plans with the objective of promoting the State’s dairy industry throughout the semester that will be rated by Merrill, Hall, and Brown in December.

"I am quite intrigued with the Granite State Dairy Promotion element of the class," says Clewley, who is an Administrative Facilitator with NH Ball Bearing, Inc., Laconia. "It is a great opportunity to immerse oneself into the marketing field. The project gives students a real life glimpse of what it is like to work in marketing."

Clewley has been with NH Ball Bearing, Inc. for four years. Clewley’s supervisor, Randy MacDonald (Gilford- not pictured), was a member of Brown’s Small Business Management class in the 2009 LRCC Spring Semester.
