Lakes Region Community College (LRCC) Awards Night

The Lakes Region Community College 2008 Awards Night was held on Tuesday at Steele Hill Resort in Sanbornton. The College’s Awards Night acknowledges outstanding performance and recognizes students’ achievements. Scholarships and assorted student awards were presented following a formal dinner.
“Awards Night is a great pleasure,” says new LRCC Vice President of Student and Corporate Affairs, Jim Vander Hooven (Laconia). “Honoring student performance is essential. Hard-working and persevering individuals should be commended in a formal manner.”
Ninety-one awards in twenty-three programs were presented in front of hundreds of students, faculty, administration, and guests. The following is a listing of award recipients by hometown:
