LRCC Cystic Fibrosis Walk

The ladies recently participated in the Cystic Fibrosis Walk at Opechee Park, Laconia. Leroux, Ryan, Baker, and Vojnovic are members of Lakes Region Community College's (LRCC) new Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) Chapter. Rose, a LRCC business professor, is PBL's advisor. The Walk raised $15,445 to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

"The Walk was a good one," says Leroux, whose son, Alex (foreground), age 2, joined the ladies in the 3-mile excursion. "Everyone raised a substantial amount of money to benefit a great cause while at the same time having fun. The Cystic Fibrosis Walk was great for friends and families to get together."
