NHCTC Laconia 2007 H. James Tyler Schoarlship Recipients

James Tyler Scholarship recipients are, left to right, Audrey LaBrecque (Ashland), Kathy Secrest (Franklin), and Sally Glavin (Gilford).  The Memorial Award was made possible by the Jim Tyler (founder and President of Tyler Printing) family nine years ago and is the single largest endowment in the State’s Two-Year College System.  Students are selected according to criteria developed by the Graphic Design and Printing Technology (GDPT) professors as requested by the Tyler family.

 

“The H. James Tyler Scholarship will always be there for the College’s graphics students,” says NHCTC Laconia GDPT Program Coordinator, Armand Peters (Meredith-not pictured).  “We always manage to select students that Jim Tyler would have been proud of if they had been in his employ at Tyler Printing.”
