LRCC & LRGHealthcare Offer New HazMat Training

Lakes Region Community College (LRCC) and LRGHealthcare are now offering new Hazardous Material (HazMat) Training. The new Training is scheduled for Tuesday, August 2, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on LRCC's Main Campus, 379 Belmont Road, Laconia. The registration deadline is July 27.

"LRCC's and LRGHealthcare's new Hazmat Training is designed to bring companies into compliance with Federal Department of Transportation regulations," says LRCC's new HazMat Instructor, Jason McCarthy (Belmont), who will be doing the new training with LRGHealthcare Health and Safety Specialist, Roy Roberts (Belmont). "The Training will also help companies maintain compliance with CFR Title 49, Subpart H, 172.704."

The cost of the new Hazmat Training is $125.00 per person. If there are three from a particular company attending, the third seat is no charge.
