Youssef Inherits Traditional Retirement Gift
Photo: New Hampshire Community Technical College Laconia retiring Chemistry and Physics Professor, Fouad Youssef (Laconia-right), unravels the “age-old classic coat,” passed down as a tradition to all retiring professors at the Laconia College. Looking on with a humorous face is NHCTC Laconia Academic Affairs Vice President, Tom Goulette (Belmont-left), who served as Master of Ceremonies at Youssef’s retirement party last night.
Youssef is retiring from NHCTC Laconia after 25 years of service. “Fouad will be sorely missed at the College,” says Goulette. “Everyone wishes Fouad well as he pursues the family business, Lakes Region Dock Company, more aggressively.”
Speakers at the Event were Youssef’s son, Joshua Youssef (Laconia); Arts and Sciences Department Head, Kathleen Kenney (Concord); Business Management Professor, Max Brown (Loudon); General Motors Automotive Service Education Program Coordinator, Michael Parker (N. Sandwich); Fire Technology Department Head, Dr. John Connell (Meredith), and retired NHCTC Laconia Mathematics Professor, Neil Flaherty (Gilford).
