Lakes Region CC Chase Dover Auto World

Photo: General Motors Automotive Service Education Program (GM-ASEP) graduate, Chase Franklin (Dover-center right), receives congratulations, a plaque, and a GM-ASEP watch from New Hampshire Community Technical College Laconia GM-ASEP Professor, Michael Parker (N. Sandwich-center left), at Dover Auto World in Dover, NH.

Joining the two gentlemen are Dover Auto World Service Manager, Steve Moscone (S. Berwick, ME-far left) and Technician Mentor, Chris Wilson (Dover-far right).

Dover Auto World is a staunch supporter of continuing education in automotive technology that provides scholarships to aspiring technicians and makes available structured learning experiences at the dealership in conjunction with Laconia’s GM-ASEP Program.

“Dover Auto World personnel are very pleased with the growth we have seen in Chase during the past two years,” says Moscone, who will be sponsoring another GM-ASEP student in the near future. “We are all very proud of Mr. Franklin and his accomplishments.”

“Chase’s experience is a good example of cooperation between industry, local business and education,” says Parker, who supervises Lakes Region CC’s GM-ASEP Program. “Chase Franklin has worked hard over the past two years honing his skills as a technician and has already put those skills to use diagnosing and servicing GM products driven by Dover Auto World customers.”
