NHCTC Laconia Culinary Arts Professors

Walsh is just starting at the Laconia College with classes beginning Tuesday, September 4. A long-term chef with more than 10 years of culinary experience, Walsh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and an Associate of Science Degree from the Atlantic Culinary Academy, McIntosh College, Dover.
Walsh will be teaching Sanitation and Safety, Quantity Food Purchasing, Dining Room Management I, and Banquet/Buffet Cooking Techniques. “I am excited to be teaching in NHCTC Laconia’s new Culinary Arts Program,” says Professor Walsh. “Daily interaction with students and the opportunity to work with Chef Hall are aspects of the job that I look forward to in every way. I will contribute however possible to the growth of NHCTC Laconia’s new Culinary Arts Program and the continued success of the College’s graduates.”
