Southern NH Medical Center Visit

Photo:  Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, Vice President, Planning and Communication, Scott Westover (Hopkinton-right), has just completed a presentation to New Hampshire Community Technical College Laconia business students in the Hospital’s Main Conference Room in Nashua. Joining Westover are NHCTC Laconia students, Casie Dumont (Lincoln-left), and Amy English (Franklin-center).

Westover discussed use of market research regarding his strikingly successful advertising campaign with the slogan, “The Best Doctors Choose the Best Hospital.” He then talked about the hospital’s newest campaign entitled “We’ll get you to Boston,” aimed at a different market segment.

“Mr. Westover’s presentation has given me a new respect and new perspective on business and marketing,” says English. “He was very well spoken and had a unique way of reaching the audience. I look forward to meeting Mr. Westover again in the future to see the outcome of his newest marketing strategy.”

Dumont is completing her Business Management Associate Degree with honors this semester and plans to continue for the Bachelor’s Degree at Southern New Hampshire University.  English is a Computer Technologies and Business Management major at NHCTC Laconia.  English also plans to seek the Bachelor’s Degree in the future.
