As students here, our mission is to develop our skills as restaurant managers and servers. You the customer make our education in this industry possible. Your patronage and your patience help us grow into efficient and professional restaurateurs. The kitchen prepares each meal to order and the appropriate amount of time is necessary to provide you with a quality meal that we are proud to serve. Please allow us this time. If you are interested in a "fast" lunch, please let your server suggest some of our quicker menu items.
