Andy has over 20 years of experience in environmental management and education, with a specialty in building energy efficiency. He has worked in the building energy field since 2003, and has held BPI certifications since 2008. As co-owner of a building energy performance company, Andy has managed hundreds of energy assessment and installation projects. He was the lead trainer and manager of the RGGI-funded Efficiency Training Program in New Hampshire. Andy has also served as a professor of Environmental Science at New England College. His doctoral research focused on waste prevention. Andy is active in civic and professional groups, including past board president of the Residential Energy Performance Association. He has delivered numerous Button Up workshops and presentations throughout New Hampshire.
