Students from all over the State enroll in LRCC’s Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts and Restaurant Management programs to learn the skills necessary to succeed in New Hampshire’s vibrant hospitality and food service industries. The Shaker Table Restaurant, LRCC’s teaching kitchen, is where dedicated faculty with years of industry experience and students come together to create the delicious dishes that many of us know and love and to experiment with new innovations that expand our palates. In addition, the Shaker Table Restaurant provides students the opportunity to experience all aspects of a managing a restaurant; working both “the front and back of the house.”
