Directions to All Handicap Parking and Entrances

Heading south, enter Lakes Region CC on the right off of Rt. 106. Heading north, enter Lakes Region CC on the left off of Rt. 106. To enter the Graphics, Fire Science, Computers or Electrical Programs, take the first right. Two van accessible handicap parking spaces are located to your immediate left in the upper parking lot. In order to enter the new building, wheelchairs must travel the path parallel to the new building and enter at the main entrance on the right.

If a wheelchair student wants an alternative parking space for the new building, he/she may enter off of Rt. 106, take the road past the new building and around by the original building. Head toward the new building from the back parking lot of the original building and park in the handicap parking directly in front of you.

To access handicap parking in conjunction with the original building, drive in from Rt. 106 and drive past the new building (far right). As you begin to pass the original building, take an immediate right and the one handicap space will be the last one on the right.

For more handicap parking for the original building, go around the building to the cafeteria entrance. There are two handicap spaces located right outside the cafeteria. Or continue around the building and use the handicap parking for the new building.

One door has push button accessibility and that is located on the “new building” side of the original building adjacent to the automotive program.

Two elevators are located in the original building (one requires a key; the other is accessible to the public). One is directly off of the cafeteria and the other is located across from the Teaching & Learning Center. The new building has one elevator located inside the main entrance.
